We read every message, but we can only act on reports that point to a specific page and a checkable claim. There are three categories we work with: factual corrections, suspicious pages and fake downloads, and accessibility or technical faults. Each needs a different set of details, listed below. This site is not a download service, a mod repository or an account recovery desk, so requests for files, cracks or login help get no reply.
- Factual correction: the page URL, the exact sentence or number you dispute, and a first-party source such as the publisher, a platform store page or an official trailer.
- Suspicious page or fake download: the full URL, the host name, and where you found it — a search result, an ad, a forum post or a mirror.
- Accessibility or technical fault: the device, the browser version and the page URL where the problem appears.

General questions
We are a small editorial team, not a round-the-clock support desk. Messages that name a primary source are read first, because they can be checked in one sitting. There is no account to create and no ticket number to chase: write to the address for the matching category and the reply comes from that same inbox. Anything sent on a weekend is treated as arriving the next business day.

Do I need an account to send a report?
No. There is no login, no form gate and no newsletter sign-up. Write from any address, and include a reply address if you want an answer.
Can you help me find a crack, a key or an account?
No, and those messages are not answered. We report on what is officially available and on the pages that pretend otherwise.

A fake download report only helps if someone else can follow your steps. Build it in the order below, keep it to one screen, and send it to the safety address. You do not have to prove the page is fraudulent — that is our job. You only need to show where it is and what it promises.
- 1. Paste the complete URL, including any tracking or referral part after the question mark.
- 2. Name the domain, not just the page title, so we can check the host against our list.
- 3. Say where you found it: a search result, a sponsored ad, a forum post, a Discord link or a mirror.
- 4. Quote the promise it makes, word for word — a download, a key, an early access build.
- 5. Attach a screenshot of the page and the URL bar if you can.
- 6. Note whether a publisher, studio or platform store is named anywhere on the page.
Once a report arrives, we check three things before anything is published. First, the domain against the list of official hosts we keep for the publisher and the platform stores. Second, whether the page names a real publisher or hides behind an empty template. Third, whether it promises something that cannot exist before launch, such as a playable build or a working download. If all three point to a fake, the address is added to the safety page together with the date it was checked.

Three kinds of request reach this site: media and research, copyright and trademark, and advertising. Each has its own address and its own reply window, so routing your message correctly is faster than sending it to the general form. GTA6Play is an independent editorial site — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and no request changes that status.
- Media and research requests: write to press@gta6play.win with your outlet, your deadline and the exact claim you are checking. We answer on the record within 3 working days.
- Copyright and trademark notices: send rights@gta6play.win the page URL, the specific asset and proof of the rights you hold. Notices are reviewed within 5 working days.
- Advertising enquiries: ads@gta6play.win. We carry no display advertising and no paid placement inside the verdict strips; affiliate relationships are disclosed on the method page. Replies take up to 10 working days.
- Rights notices sent to the general contact form are re-routed, which adds roughly a week before anyone reads them.

Most messages that arrive are already answered somewhere on the site. Before you open the form, run through the three questions below: the FAQ, the safety checklist and the release-date timeline together cover roughly nine out of ten emails we receive. Messages that repeat a published answer are read but are not answered individually.

The site carries more than 20 single-answer items covering whether GTA 6 can be played online today, what GTA 6 Online means next to GTA Online, platform support, hardware needs and edition contents. If your question is listed there, that entry is also the reply you would get by email — including the dated 'Last checked' stamp.
Is your question about a free download?
Every free-download question — APKs, mirrored leaked builds, browser versions — is handled by the safety checklist. We do not host, mirror or verify downloads and cannot confirm that a file is safe. If a file is already installed, follow the post-infection steps on the safety page before writing to us.
Are you reporting a price or date error?
Send a store or publisher link that shows the figure you believe is correct. A screenshot without a source cannot be verified and will not be actioned. Corrections backed by a first-party link are usually checked the same working day and reflected in the 'Last checked' date.
